Key Responsibilities
Master Mixologist
- Craft and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with expert-level technique.
 - Create signature drinks that align with the venue’s brand and vision.
 - Ensure every beverage meets the highest standards of taste, balance, and presentation.
 - Garnish drinks and ensure proper presentation.
 - Stay updated on new cocktail trends and classic recipes.
 
Customer Engagement
- Provide an unforgettable guest experience by offering exceptional service with charisma and charm.
 - Educate customers on drink pairings and make personalized recommendations.
 - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
 
Inventory and Operations
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, mixers, and other bar supplies.
 - Restock items as needed and inform management of shortages.
 - Minimize wastage and follow portion control standards.
 
Bar Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
 - Always comply with health and safety regulations.
 - Ensure proper functioning of bar tools and report any issues promptly.
 
Cash Handling and Transactions
- Process customer payments using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
 - Handle cash, credit cards, and tabs securely and accurately.
 - Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
 
Compliance and Safety
- Verify customer age to ensure legal drinking requirements are met.
 - Refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals in accordance with laws and establishment policies.
 - Stay informed about local alcohol regulations.
 
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
 - Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixing techniques and ingredients.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
 - Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
 - Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is an advantage.
 - Creative, confident, and passionate about mixology and hospitality.
