3. Actively expand the client base of introducing brokers and affiliates.

4. Assist clients and partners with account opening and account management issues.

5. Conduct ongoing market research, analyze industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and promptly report the latest information to the company.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote brand awareness and marketing activities, including attending industry conferences and events to represent the company.

7. Regularly report business development progress and market analysis results to management.

8. Build your team to enhance KPIs, set monthly business KPIs for yourself and the team, and take responsibility for your team's performance.

9. Collect and organize weekly reports from team members and send them to management for performance tracking.
