Main responsibilities: 

1、Use platforms like Twitter (X), YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram to proactively identify and search for KOLs, community leaders, and market analysts related to cryptocurrency worldwide.

2、Initial Outreach ("Breaking the Ice"): High-frequency outreach through DM, email, and community participation. Demonstrate our basic exchange value proposition and "warm up" the contact.

3、Confirm intention: Filter potential customers based on quality and participation. 

4、Successfully confirm whether the influencer is interested in the partnership and collect their initial requirements.

5、Direct reporting and handover: You need to organize the qualified influencer data into a structured list (Google Sheets/Excel) and directly report/hand over to the designated senior BD for immediate follow-up.

6、Communication Tracking: Maintain clear manual logs of your daily outreach and responses to ensure your direct supervisor has a comprehensive understanding of the process and to prevent any duplication of contact.

Job requirements

1、Sales and outreach experience: Experience in sales, business development, or potential customer generation is required. 

2、Previous experience in the financial or internet/technology industries is highly preferred. 

3、Cryptocurrency experience is not mandatory, but you must be a quick learner.

4、Language skills: English is our primary working language. 

5、You must be able to communicate both in writing and verbally in a fluent and professional manner.

6、Additionally, being fluent in a second language (Spanish, Russian, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.) is highly beneficial for regional scouts.

7、Execution and quantity: High resilience and optimistic attitude. 

8、You can easily handle more than 100 new outreach tasks every day without being hindered by a high rejection rate.

9、Data Skills: You should be proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel to present data clearly and concisely for senior BD.

10、Technology procurement: Possessing strong information retrieval skills. 

11、Using web crawling tools or automated search workflows to find "hidden" contact information is a significant advantage.

12、Results-oriented: Your motivation comes from the number of "potential customers" you successfully conveyed to the negotiation team
