- Achieves objectives, goals, and quotas set by upper management.
- Develops business plans, locates areas of improvement, and proposes corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Oversees all stock requisition and inventory value/stocking level of the branch.
- Ensures store presence is tidy and clean. Makes sure all items are displayed properly and neatly.
