JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily branch operations of STO Global Fast Express Philippines Group Corporation. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain service quality, and provide strong leadership to the branch team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and monitor daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate branch staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and service protocols.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding branch needs, issues, and reports.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee inventory, logistics flow, and branch documentation requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
• Implement operational improvements to increase productivity and service quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in supervisory or team lead roles, preferably in logistics, express delivery, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge in logistics operations, customer service, and branch management is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to be assigned to the designated branch location.
