As a Concession Store Supervisor, you will assists the Concession Manager in overseeing daily concession operations, ensuring proper stock levels, accurate inventory, and smooth coordination with sales staff and store partners. You are responsible for overseeing the operations of concessions or outlets. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient and profitable concession operations while delivering a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports the Concession Manager in supervising concession areas.
• Conducts store visits to check stocks, displays, and sales performance.
• Monitors daily sales and inventory, including variance checks.
• Assists in replenishment orders and coordination with Warehouse/Logistics.
• Ensures timely and accurate sales and inventory reporting.
• Helps guide and support concession staff.
• Maintains Mandaue Foam product knowledge and awareness of competitors.
• Implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize waste.

Job Qualifications

• College graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledgeable in Sales and Inventory Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP and accounting experience (preferred but not required).
• Open for guidance, with good work ethics and professionalism.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage competing priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
