Brand Manager (Retail Apparel and Fashion)
What You'll be doing:
- You’ll be in tune with what our customers truly need and want. Using your insights, you'll create innovative concepts and strategies that resonate with our target audience.

- You’ll lead diverse teams and collaborate with internal and external partners. Your ability to communicate clearly, guide others, and keep projects moving forward will be essential.

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand engagement strategies across multiple channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and targeted advertising. You’ll build lasting relationships with key influencers, communities, and target groups.
- You'll use data to craft effective strategies, prioritize tasks, and make smart decisions. Your ability to analyze data, connect the dots, and provide actionable recommendations will be a significant factor in your success.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the brand. You’ll lead strategies to drive growth and increased market penetration.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field (a Master's degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the retail apparel or fashion industry, with a solid understanding of the business model.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and think beyond the norm.
- A balance of creativity and logic, enabling you to craft compelling communications while analyzing digital performance metrics.
- You should be able to create and communicate the brand’s visual identity while also being comfortable with financial statements, such as P&L statements.
