Building Operations & Maintenance:

• Coordinate and supervise all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
• Inspect buildings frequently to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Oversee the functionality of building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Plan and manage building maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, monitoring expenditures and controlling costs.
• Oversee financial aspects like payment of bills and invoices.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.

Staff & Contractor Supervision:

• Hire, manage, and supervise maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Direct and manage external contractors to ensure high-quality work.

Tenant & Stakeholder Relations:

• Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster positive relationships.
• Act as a point of contact for tenants, residents, owners, and vendors.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure the building complies with all safety, health, and building regulations and codes.
• Maintain emergency exits and ensure building evacuation procedures are followed.

Record-Keeping & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, expenses, tenant communications, and building activities.
• Prepare regular reports on building quality and operations for management or stakeholders.
