Description

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management on maintenance projects.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in welding, power tools, hand tools, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working at heights, outdoors, and in various weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
