- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management on maintenance projects.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in welding, power tools, hand tools, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Working Conditions: May involve working at heights, outdoors, and in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
