- Reporting and under Supervision by the Facilities Building Maintenance Technician.
- Minor repair & new installation of plumbing, electrical, office furniture, floor tiles, roof, door, windows, and other Building related equipment.
- Perform Cleaning of the area after making the repair and installation.
- Conduct periodic inspection of facility and equipment as assigned by the supervisor.
- Must be a graduate of Technical Vocational preferably Electromechanical Technology
- Must have at least 1 year experience handling facilities work on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems in a Semiconductor company.
- Knowledgeable in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Metal & Wood Fabrication, Arc & Gas Welding, and painting works.
- Must have the ability to climb heights, and climb onto ladder or scaffold.
- With knowledge on evaluation, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, basic structural or including roof systems in the building.
- Willing to render overtime and be on shifting schedule
- Must be willing to be assigned in Light Industry Science Park II, Real, Calamba, Laguna
