  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers, addressing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair issues.
  • Conduct repairs and improvements, including drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work, to ensure premises are maintained to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, including materials used and time taken, to facilitate tracking and reporting to management.
  • Collaborate with property management to identify areas for improvement and assist in larger renovation projects as necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with tenants and property management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks.
