Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Maintain records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs as needed.

Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in air conditioning repair, electrical installation (both residential and commercial).
Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, ensure safety and functionality of distribution components, and perform repairs as needed.
Working Conditions: Varied environments, including residential and commercial settings, may require lifting and working in confined spaces.
