  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring all necessary parts are available.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately for reporting purposes.


  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical systems, welding, and using power and hand tools.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle charge calls and emergency repairs effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various conditions, including outdoor environments and confined spaces.
  • Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of budgeting for repairs and maintenance projects.
