簡介

  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and ensure all building systems are operational.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, troubleshooting, wiring, air conditioning maintenance, escalator and elevator upkeep, lighting fixtures, and generator maintenance.
  • Working Conditions: May require working in various environments including indoor and outdoor settings, with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
