  • Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.

  • Document work performed and report on maintenance activities.
  • Assist with renovations and other construction projects as needed.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure safety regulations are met.
  • Working Conditions: Physical work environment requiring manual labor and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
