Communication:
Serve as the central communication hub between drivers and the office, providing drivers with clear instructions, updates on routes, traffic, and changes.
Monitoring & Tracking:
Use GPS and other tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and progress, providing real-time updates to drivers and customers.
Problem-Solving:
Respond quickly to and resolve issues such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or customer complaints, adjusting routes and schedules as needed.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of dispatched vehicles, routes, delivery times, and any issues that occurred for future reference and reporting.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
