簡介
- Develop and implement standard reports and transactional billing templates by utilizing data mining, trend analysis, and modeling techniques to conduct in-depth data analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address reporting needs and continuously refine and improve reporting processes.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of standard reporting models to translate business requirements into analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring successful delivery to end-users.
- Develop relevant KPIs to measure performance and meet business requirements.
- Extract and interpret relevant information from complex data relationships to create reports that facilitate effective analysis.
- Create reports that enable informed business and management decisions by presenting data analysis and interpretation in a clear and compelling manner.
- Provide training and support for the use of new reports and analytical tools.
- Assist in the implementation and support of new finance systems as needed; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Provide support to operations by reviewing processes and identifying areas where automation can be employed to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment or a similar role in Finance and Accounting operations ideally in an Oil and Gas industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP (preferably with SAP functional certification), MBC, etc.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Intermediate to advanced skills in data visualization tools like PowerBI; proficiency in PowerPlatforms (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.) is a huge advantage
- Experience with data mining, trend, and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus o Knowledge of programming languages and automation tools
- Preferred experience with Agile, Scrum, or related project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
