Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the monitoring of business analysis and project workstream activities
- Support in the investigation and resolution of encountered issues in the project
- Support in the collation of information for reports preparation of the project
- Requirements Analysis
- Identify and coordinate with stakeholders Gather and elicit stakeholder requirements
- Document agreements, issues, and action items encountered during meetings with stakeholders
- Collate and document functional, data, and quality requirements Monitor lifecycle of requirements from elicitation to deployment Process
- Documentation and Improvement Perform root cause analysis
- Perform gap analysis between current (as-is) and envisioned (to-be) processes
- Document to-be guidelines, processes, and procedures
- Document to-be work instructions
- Testing Provide support in preparation of test scenarios and test cases
- Provide support in solution testing
- Provide support in the investigation of bugs and incidents
- Training and Turnover to BAU Provide support in the preparation of training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides
- Provide support in user training Provide support in the investigation and monitoring of bugs and incidents
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Information and Technology, Computer Science, and/or other related courses
- Excellent communication skills
- Has in-depth understanding of Finance processes, various SAP modules and components (such as SAP FICO, SAP SD, FI-BL, SAP TRM), BIR Regulations, Updates and Implementation, Customer Management System and Data Governance. Graduate of 4-year or 5-year degree courses in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Information Technology or Managemen
- Amendable to work 100% onsite on Ortigas
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System implementation projects using SDLC, Waterfall methodology and Agile
- Solid work experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation etc.
