We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with hands-on coding experience to serve as the strategic link between business objectives and technical execution. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with strong analytical capability and technical proficiency, enabling them to translate complex requirements into scalable, actionable solutions.

This role plays a critical part in shaping product direction, optimizing processes, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals across our gaming and e-commerce product ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Requirements & Analysis

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, functional needs, and project objectives.

• Translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable technical requirements.

Process Optimization

• Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and system behaviors to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Recommend and design optimized process solutions aligned with best practices.

Documentation & Specification

• Produce detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for development teams.

Workshops & Collaboration

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and cross-team meetings to ensure alignment and shared understanding.

• Serve as the communication bridge between business teams and technical developers.

Visual & Analytical Modeling

• Create process maps, data flow diagrams, wireframes, and conceptual models to visualize solutions and support decision-making.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support test planning and execution, including functional testing, validation, and defect analysis.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet both business expectations and technical requirements.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide timely progress updates and propose corrective actions as needed.

Industry & Product Insight

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, platform innovations, and industry best practices.

• Provide strategic insights to support product enhancements and new feature development.

General Support

• Assist with other related tasks or strategic initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT-focused or software development environment.

• Hands-on coding experience (any modern programming language; ability to read, analyze, and understand code is essential).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts, and visual models using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and modern SDLC methodologies.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Working knowledge of business analysis standards such as BPMN and UML.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rapidly evolving startup environment.
