Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The role is located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, digital transformation, customer care, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, analyzing trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to meet business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Strategy Development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the finance or retail industry is a plus
