簡介

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand blockchain projects and partnerships.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential collaborations with key stakeholders, including blockchain companies, investors, and institutional partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners, clients, and regulators.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution of blockchain initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, product, legal, and operations) to support project implementation.
  • Represent the company at blockchain events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and business insights to senior management.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 1 years in blockchain, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and related regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required
