- The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by exploring and identifying new opportunities, having reliable relationships with potential customers in Philippines, and increasing revenue.
- They develop strategies, expand market presence, and work closely with different departments to achieve business goals.
- This position would have strong resource in some companies which outsources stamping parts/sheet-metal components, and/or strong background in Contracted Manufacturing Service/Electronics Manufacturing Service field, can cut in their supply chain very fast thru our business development strategy.
1. Identifying Business Opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to enter new markets or expand existing ones.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
5. Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with potential clients.
- Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
6. Market Expansion & Brand Positioning
- Identify new market segments and business expansion opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the target market
- Fluent in English/Mandarin/Japanese (alternative).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Japanese/Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and methodologies to effectively close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong resource in some companies which outsources stamping parts/sheet-metal components.
- Strong background in Contracted Manufacturing Service (CMS)/Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) field
