概覽： 作為業務發展經理，您將負責在您的區域內建立和管理與主要聯盟、KOL及交易夥伴的關係。您將帶來高質量的流量，執行營銷活動，並協助增長Toobit的區域用戶基礎。
職責：
- 識別、招聘和管理表現優秀的聯盟和交易代理。
- 制定自定義激勵計畫以提升表現。
- 協調當地促銷活動和活動。
- 與高價值客戶保持良好的關係。
- 提供競爭對手洞察和當地市場反饋。
要求：
- 在加密行業有2-3年的業務發展或聯盟營銷經驗。
- 熟悉用戶獲取模型和交易行為。
- 曾與代理/KOL合作並了解推薦返利系統。
- 優秀的溝通和談判技巧。
