Local Payment Deployment Specialist in India

Salary Range:1,500USD – 3,000USD

Main Responsibilities:

1. Establish, coordinate, and maintain relationships with local Indian banks, payment service providers (PSPs), payment channel, and gateway partners.

2. Assist partners in due diligence processes, including KYC verification, company document review, and collection of bank settlement information.

3. Accompany the business development and operations team to meetings and provide on-site communication support and interpretation services when necessary.

4. Follow up on channel onboarding and implementation, and manage ongoing relationship maintenance with partners.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Indian local payment industry, banking sector, payment service provider (PSP), or other financial institutions.

2. In-depth understanding of the Indian payment ecosystem, including: local bank cooperation models, clearing and reconciliation processes, and the operational logic of PSPs and upstream payment channels.

3. Proficiency in Hindi, English or Chinese as working languages.

4. Willingness to travel frequently.
