We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Callhounds Global BPO Corporation. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

B2B Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients 
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations 
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions 
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 

Government Bidding 

• Monitor government procurement platforms (e.g., PhilGEPS) for relevant opportunities 
• Prepare bid documents in coordination with the admin and technical teams 
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements, timelines, and formats 
• Build and maintain relationships with government procurement officers 
• Assist in post-bid activities including delivery coordination and contract signing 

General 

• Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge 
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation 
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows as needed 
• Stay updated on competitors and market trends 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field 
• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in B2B sales; experience with government bidding is a plus 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Strong organizational and documentation skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage 
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS and other government procurement systems is a bonus 
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven
