Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Assist in contract negotiations and close deals that meet revenue goals.
Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads.
Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and key metrics to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (industry-specific experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
