Huayu KJ is a fast-growing company in the construction materials and equipment supply sector, supporting major infrastructure projects across Luzon. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to lead sales growth, build strong client relationships, and develop our supplier network.

Position: Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, present solutions, and close deals.
• Manage client inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Supplier Relations & Sourcing

• Source and maintain relationships with suppliers of aggregates, concrete, equipment, and trucking.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and partnership conditions.
• Develop a reliable vendor network for ongoing and future projects.

Coordination & Project Support

• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and quotations.
• Participate in tender submissions, pricing strategies, and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or supplier management (construction industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable managing relationships with both clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage but not required.
