Job Title: Business Intelligence Engineer

Location: Ermita, Manila

Work Arrangement:

First month full onsite
Hybrid setup after first month: one week onsite every third week of the month (subject to IT Manager approval)
Day shift with flexible working hours

Salary Range: PHP 100,000 to 120,000

Job Overview:

The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and designing business reporting requirements. This role involves extracting and transforming data from various sources, managing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, and helping translate business data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for reports and analytics
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision-making
Build and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI
Perform ETL processes using SSIS, Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric
Administer BI tools, manage user access, and ensure data security
Design and maintain data models, both normalized and denormalized
Write and optimize complex T-SQL scripts

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
At least five years of hands-on experience with Power BI
Minimum of three years in data warehousing and data modeling
Strong background in ETL using SSIS, Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric
Proficient in T-SQL scripting
Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Ermita, Manila

Job Overview:

The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines that collect, transform, and store data from various sources into centralized repositories such as data warehouses and lakehouses. The role includes developing data models, implementing data transformation processes, and supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable ETL and ELT pipelines
Implement physical data models to ensure data integrity and performance
Transform raw data into clean, usable datasets for analytics and reporting
Develop cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services including Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
Design and manage data warehouses and lakehouses
Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with analysts, BI engineers, and stakeholders to meet data needs
Apply data governance and security best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
At least six years of experience in data engineering
At least six years of experience in ETL, ELT, data warehousing, and data modeling
At least three years of experience with Azure data services including Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
Proficient in PySpark or Python and T-SQL scripting
Strong understanding of data architecture, security, and governance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
