Weigh, label and price the variety of meat cuts by on-demand selections.
Receive deliveries of meat and inspect to ensure adherance to company standards.
Use skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools and machines.
Preparing meat into a variety of cuts, deboning, tying, and trimming for customers.
Educate and suggests to customers different selections of poultry, pork, beef and fish.
Maintain the quality of products reducing waste and loss of profits.
Observe cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
