Purchase items from vendors and suppliers, filling out all necessary purchase orders.
Conducting research on potential products and supplier, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
Meeting with suppliers and customers to negotiate the best contracts.
Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
Monitoring inventory and making orders to refill stock.
Attending events, shows and exhibitions to network with supplier and view new products.
Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
Updating all records of purchased products.
Maintain purchase order paperwork and files and monitor inventory systems.
Making reports on purchases made and performing cost analysis.
Attending and contributing to meetings with management and staff
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or equivalent
With purchasing experience is an advantage
Good in written and verbal communications skills
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Sound research and networking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Can do multitasking
Honest and trustworthy
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Willing to be trained of at least one month or two in Quezon City Main office
Successful applicant will be assigned in Norzagaray branch.
