  • Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other pastries using icing, fondant, airbrushing, and other techniques
  • Ensure all decorated products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Prepare icings, fondant, fillings, and decorations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Stay current on decorating trends and techniques

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in baking or pastry arts.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must demonstrate flexibility, consistency, and attention to detail in all baking tasks.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake various pastries, decorate finished products, ensure quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, possible exposure to heat and allergens.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, creativity, ability to follow recipes precisely.
