  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure service quality and consistency.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0-2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working environment, flexible shifts may be required
