簡介

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the Salesforce system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Handle sales pipeline processes, including generating leads and closing sales pitches.


  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, excellent customer service skills, strong sales pitching and closure abilities, and proficient in English language.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for flexible hours.
