A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Atleast higshchool / SHS graudate or college undergrad
