  • Provide exceptional customer service through answering calls and addressing inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order placements, service inquiries, and product information.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level, no previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills and active listening.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
