• Video Conference Tech – CSR (Tech Support) | Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱28,000
• Digital Financial – CSR | Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱30,000 + ₱30,000 Regularization Bonus
• Ride Sharing – Sales Account | Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱26,000

As a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs Anonas, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns across various industries including finance, technology, ride sharing, and sales.
• Provide voice, chat, or non-voice support depending on the assigned campaign.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve financial disputes, process transactions, or guide customers with product/service use.
• Promote excellent customer experiences by showing empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven, and supportive work environment while building your career in the BPO industry.

• Must be 18 years old and above
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year BPO experience (depending on campaign requirements)
• Strong English communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite at TaskUs Anonas, Quezon City
• Customer service skills with the ability to adapt across different accounts
