- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Educational Qualifications: Must have a High School or Senior High School diploma.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with team members.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for remote work; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customer service.
