As a Customer Service Representative for a Logistics Account, you will assist clients and partners with shipment inquiries, delivery updates, and logistics-related concerns. You’ll ensure efficient coordination between customers, drivers, and warehouse teams to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, chats, or emails regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and logistics concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and clients.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• With or without BPO experience
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
