職位描述

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers regarding their financial accounts, including general inquiries, transaction disputes, billing questions, account maintenance, and product information.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with updating account information, setting up new services, processing payments, and resolving complex account issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or account discrepancies, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., fraud, compliance, or management) when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, and policies, especially those related to account terms and conditions, interest rates, and fee structures.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to all company, regulatory, and financial compliance standards (e.g., security protocols, privacy policies) to protect customer data and company assets.
  • Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Sales/Referrals: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
