Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service while discussing account status and payment obligations.
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, or customer concerns.
  • Negotiate and arrange acceptable payment plans in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or related departments when necessary.
  • Follow compliance requirements, data privacy rules, and company collection policies.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding their account history, fees, and payment options.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective collection strategies.
