We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Record and update customer information in the database.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and response times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in computer applications and typing.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
