- Answer customer inquiries via call
- Manage order issues (delays, missing items, refunds)
- Liaise with riders and merchants
- Document all interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- HS graduate or above
- Good English communication
- Basic computer skills
- Amenable to shifting schedules
