Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative (Logistics)


Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM 7,200

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers with shipment bookings, pricing, tracking, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • JLPT N2 or above
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Customer support experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
