We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to work from home and develop their customer service skills. No prior experience is required, as we provide full training, tips, and guidance to help you succeed!

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Offer solutions and process orders, returns, or other service-related tasks based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work within a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet service goals.

Qualifications

  • Open for all applicants (with or without BPO experience)
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang
  • Completed at least High School or equivalent
