簡介
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document call information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics and targets.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, problem-solving abilities, effective team player, strong people and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, requires seated work for extended periods, potential for high call volume.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
