  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle challenging calls with patience and professionalism.
