  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 3 months healthcare account BPO experience or 6 months financial and insurance BPO experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service, knowledge in healthcare, insurance, and finance, financial literacy, excellent English language skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, possible remote work options, standard working hours may vary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
