Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light and heavy vehicles, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site repairs when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines

High school diploma or vocational/technical training in automotive mechanics.
Proven experience as an auto mechanic or vehicle technician.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (e.g., under vehicles, outdoors).
Valid driver’s license (professional license preferred for heavy vehicles).
