簡介

  • The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments.
  • This role ensures accuracy in shipping and receiving, maintains inventory records, and coordinates logistics with carriers and internal departments.

職位要求

  • Order Fulfillment – Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Documentation – Generate shipping labels, invoices, and bills of lading.
  • Inventory Coordination – Ensure the correct items and quantities are shipped; assist with stock checks.
  • Carrier Liaison – Schedule pickups and communicate with shipping companies or couriers.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain logs of outgoing shipments and tracking numbers.
  • Quality Control – Inspect packages for accuracy and damage before dispatch.
